Annual Dealer Meeting

CHALLENGE New products and brand loyalty were the focus of Toyota Material Handling’s 3-day conference. During the dealer meeting, Toyota Corporate planned to unveil new products and reinforce brand loyalty among their dealers.

SOLUTION Toyota wanted an innovative and memorable stage design that would bring TMHU presenters close to the audience.

Show Department proposed a scenic treatment that was met with great enthusiasm.

The first order of business was to position the 400+ attendees close to the presenters. A rounded stage in conjunction with a comparably curved seating arrangement filled the bill.

Next up — find a way to showcase the brand. The Screen Works (a division of Show Department) designed a 10' x 70' custom screen with a bell-shaped curve at its center. Special projection techniques were used to display the logo on the curved section while speaker support, i-mag, and high definition video modules spanned the widescreen the surface.

The design proved to be a unique treatment of Toyota’s logo, and positioned the brand as the focal point in a dynamic and memorable way.
